Places
"Lugares" is the latest short film project Horizons Centers. This time, Renaud Herbin and Nicolas Lelièvre themselves with Anamaria Fernandes (choreographer) to respond to the invitation to the 10th Festival Dança Lugar held in various cities in Portugal in June and July 2007.
In the continuation of work begun with "Snow", this latest film continues the game with urban space and motion animation. Filming took place over two weeks and then Penela Lisbon, Portugal with eight dancers and artistic trends of different Argentinian.
's music Mils was here again used as a carrier for mounting the material accumulated during this residence in Portugal.

The Heritage Society of Savoy
La Société du Patrimoine de Savoie est une association de loi 1901 qui se veut foncièrement pro-européenne. L'idée même de l'Europe est au coeur de sa création en 1995, à Aix-les-Bains , dans le département de la Savoie.
A travers l'identité culturelle et historique de la Savoie, dont elle entend promouvoir la connaissance, la S.P.S. contribue à la mise en valeur du patrimoine qui s'étend des anciens Etats de Savoie jusqu'aux deux départements actuels. Une vaste zone géographique qui a uni divers territoires pendant plus de huit siècles et qui touche aujourd'hui trois pays : la France, l'Italie et la Suisse.
Consciente que les régions frontières constituent le ferment d'une unité continentale, la S.P.S. se veut un trait d'union entre ces nations. La Savoie et le Piémont, pour ne citer qu'un exemple, comptent en effet près d'un millénaire d'histoire commune. Ils présentent aujourd'hui, par leur existence passée au sein d'un même Etat, d'évidentes affinités qui dépassent largement les diversités linguistiques de même que les frontières géographiques.
Fidèle à sa mission, la Société du Patrimoine Savoy hosts, both France and Italy and Switzerland, various events - conferences, exhibitions, conferences - that commemorate great historical events related to cultural, political and social Savoy. It awards, moreover, the Heritage Awards to local communities or who work in this direction in the areas of History, Sacred Art, Art traditional, music, culinary traditions and social and educational works. Through links available on this website, each winner, he resides in Val d'Aosta, Sardinia, Nice, Geneva, in the Ain or Savoy, participates in the cultural rapprochement between the different territories.
As such, the Heritage Society of Savoy aims to be the repository of traditional Savoyard, whatever the country today to whom they belong. It intends its action to recall the great moments in the history of these territories in a context where the approximation between regions (Rhône-Alpes/Piémont, PACA / Liguria, Alsace / Baden Wuerttemberg, North / Wallonia, etc..) Do not limited to economic exchanges. Therefore, beyond these fundamentals, the SPS wants to give a prominent place to European culture, essential to participate in the union of the nations of the Old Continent.
European identity remains to be built.

The candidates can apply to one of six categories:

Each year, the Heritage Society of Savoy gives a prize to reward individuals, local authorities and associations working on behalf of the Savoyard heritage. It can not be awarded as within those territories which were part at one time or another in history the former states of Savoy, in France than in Switzerland or Italy.

Why refer to Admiral Saint-Bon?
Admiral Saint-Bon is considered in Italy as the founder of the First Marine armored Italian. Chambery, born into a notable family ennobled in the eighteenth century, he made a brilliant career in the Piedmontese and Italian Navy. Belonging to the generation of 1860 who had to choose the option between France and Italy emerging, he preferred to choose loyalty to the Crown of Sardinia and became an inescapable figure in the Italian Navy, by noting the Combat (Lissa in 1866) but also as head of the Naval Academy in Genoa or Minister of the Navy. His Pensieri sulla Marina published in the 1860s when the Royal Navy was formed by adding des anciennes marines toscanes et napolitaines jettaient les bases de la Marine italienne dont elle en tire encore une partie de ses traditions.
Mais, malgré cette carrière exceptionnelle en Italie, dans un contexte où les relations franco-italiennes n'étaient pas au beau fixe, il demeura fidèle à la Savoie et à Chambéry, ville dans laquelle il revint régulièrement jusqu'à sa mort. Cette singularité fut d'autant plus marquée que toute sa famille avait choisi la France.
Au moment où beaucoup se posent des questions sur l'identité européenne, le destin de l'Amiral Saint-Bon est digne et riche d'enseignement. Mais Saint-Bon was not alone in this case, many of Savoy and Nice had a similar fate (see Heyries Hubert, military Savoy between two countries (1848-1871). Special Award Admiral Saint-Bon is a prize awarded to institutions that maintain and preserve the memory of the sacrifice of Savoy and Nice during the wars of Independence of 1848 and 1859 that allowed Italy to build a full-fledged state.
